What is actually different between them
A state PTA has four: state, district, council, unit. A school district has the district office, its schools and the booster clubs at each one. Connect gives each level the view of everything under it.
A PTA unit adopts bylaws from the state's template and sends them up for approval every few years. A booster club has its own, and the district only needs a copy on file. So the bylaws generator is the PTA Edition's.
A PTA member's dues are split between unit, council, district, state and national. Connect counts the members and pays out each share. A booster club's money is its own, so memberships and dues are the PTA Edition's too.
