FutureFund Connect Migration Guide
On November 7, the California State PTA (CAPTA) will begin using FutureFund Connect as its new platform for document storage, board member management, and bylaw generation.
CAPTA entered into a contract with FutureFund to offer FutureFund Connect as its platform for document storage, board member management, and bylaw generation.
All relevant information will be migrated into FutureFund Connect before the new site goes live. You won't need to manually re-enter your existing data.
Access to e-Bylaws and MyPTEZ for document storage and board member management will end on Friday, October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. After this date, you will no longer be able to use these systems. From this date until November 7, you will not have access to either system while the migration is in progress.
You'll receive an email invitation from FutureFund Connect. Follow the link in that email to set your password and log in. Once you've set your password, you'll have full access to your organization's information.
If you experience any issues, please reach out to your Council or District for assistance. They can help confirm your access and direct your questions as needed.
No action is required before November 7. You'll receive your invitation once the system is live. However, you may want to notify your board members to look out for the invitation email from FutureFund Connect.
Yes. Your bylaws and supporting documents will be securely stored and accessible through FutureFund Connect.
No. While it replaces e-Bylaws, FutureFund Connect also supports secure document storage, board member management, and future updates to other PTA administrative tools.
If you haven't received your email invitation by November 8, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact your Council or District for help verifying your contact information.
You can visit FutureFund Connect and Support to learn more about the platform and its features.
